The Shay Engine & Gazebo Built in 1925 for Crosby Forest Products. The Shay is one of only 11 on public display in MS

3rd Street The Colored Gymnasium built in 1930 and is listed on the 2007 10 Most Endangered Historic Places.

St Barnabas Anglican Church was built in 1928 and is the oldest church in Picayune. Worldwide known architect Wilfred Lockyer also designed this building.

Historic City Hall located on Goodyear Blvd. was built in 1939. The Architect for this building was Mr. Wilfred Lockyer who also designed the interior of the Chapel in the Titanic.

Brick by Brick Located in front of Historic City Hall on Goodyear Boulevard is the Brick by Brick Memorial. Bricks are purchased in honor or in memory of loved ones who have served or currently serving in the military.

Intramodal Transportation Center – Now open! Located in the heart of Picayune, the train depot is served by the Crescent passenger train. Offering full Amtrack service to the Picayune area. Additionally, a Transportation Museum will open soon. Visit the Amtrack Website for Picayune Station.

Washington Carver Culture Museum- With Commencement in May for the Class of 1970, came the end of George Washington Carver High School in Picayune. Memories are on display in the museum for future generations.
